Our Awesome Restaurant

OMPC the Shed started in 1995 in the Mesilla Valley in NM. With a passion to create a great breakfast experience in an age where the only breakfast options were fast food chains, Gabriel Mendoza wanted to give Las Cruces a place where fresh breakfast with an eclectic menu that was made with local ingredients grown from Las Cruces. He remodeled an old laundromat to the restaurant were OMPC started, then after ten years remodeled an old BBQ joint into the restaurant we know today.
